"Your average insurance company. I had to go back a 2nd time cause the first agent was absolutely pushy,arrogant, and overall should not be in that field. Had a much better and pleasant time with a different representative which saved the deal and I stayed with the company."

"I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication and service I’ve received regarding my policy. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and phone, and each time I’m told that Samantha is unavailable or on another call. I’m promised a callback, but rarely—if ever—receive a follow-up. I’ve also been left on long holds without anyone checking in to update me. I’ve asked to speak with a manager several times, yet I’m consistently left on hold and never connected to one. I understand that the documents are with the underwriting department and are under review, but I’ve received no proactive updates. A simple courtesy email letting me know there’s no update would be better than the complete silence I’ve been experiencing. Instead, I’m forced to chase down answers with no success. As a paying customer, I expect better. This insurance is not provided to me for free, and I deserve to be treated with the same level of urgency and respect as any other client. My policy ended on April 2nd, and although I was assured there would be no lapse in coverage, I still haven’t been given any clear guidance on next steps. This experience has left a very bad impression of this office’s customer service. I am requesting an immediate update and a clear explanation of what I need to do to ensure my coverage is secure."
